Zidane reacted and crushed Valencia 4-1 Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said his team had “no excuses” for losing 4-1 to Valencia on Sunday.

Carlos Soler turned into a penalty shootout hat-trick, as the defending champions suffered another setback.

Real Madrid advanced through Karim Benzema, but gave his host four gifts, including three penalties and a counter-goal by Raphael Varane.

This is the first time Real Madrid have conceded four goals since they scored five against Barcelona in October 2018.

There is no excuse, no excuses. It’s a bad game and a bad day.

“Everything happened to us,” Zidane said at his post-match conference.
