The ThinkPad X1 Titanium is the thinnest Lenovo so far

On January 11th Lenovo Unveiled the thinnest ThinkPad ever. The new ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga features a titanium case and is just over 11mm thick. It also features a nice low-power 13.5-inch 3: 2 display along with support for Dolby Vision HDR and a Dolby Atmos speaker system.

The Think X1 Titanium Yoga wasn’t the only new ThinkPad announced at CES. ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 and X1 Yoga Gen 6 have been fully updated. Both bring an enhanced user experience based on a brand new 16:10 screen with low blue light feature.

Also, along the way, there is an integrated fingerprint reader on the power button. Computer Vision Experiments (CVx) is also supported by the human presence detection sensor to improve safety and usability.

The X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga are the world’s first laptop with Dolby Voice

The X1 Carbon and the X1 Yoga are the world’s first device to include a new feature. In addition to Dolby Vision and the Dolby Atmos Speaker System, there is Dolby Voice. Dolby Voice provides a superior conference experience that feels more natural, reduces listener fatigue, and looks amazingly clear to make meetings more productive.

This should be very welcome as telecommuting and distance learning continue to be the norm. These new models are also 5G ready. Along with the stunning X1 Fold and the ultra-light X1 Nano, the premium ThinkPad X1 case isn’t 5G ready.

But wait, there’s more. There is a detachable ThinkPad X12. This model combines the features of a high-performance laptop with the flexibility of a 12.3 ”detachable tablet. It has Corning Gorilla Glass to protect it. The display supports input from both the optional Lenovo Precision Pen or the Lenovo Digital Pen.

Additionally, there is a backlit keyboard that allows for seamless switching between modes. Lenovo also offers the next level of smart docking experiences led by the new ThinkPad Thunderbolt 4, USB-C Universal and Smart Docks.

Designed to address pain points in docking management caused by augmented work scenarios from anywhere. Docks allow silent detection, download and installation of firmware updates. Microsoft Azure Sphere supported docks further improve functionality by providing remote capabilities for updates, device management, and port health monitoring.

ThinkPad comes with case spec

50% of employees feel that their devices are out of date. Lenovo and Intel learned this by sponsoring a recent study. These new ThinkPad devices should help mitigate this.

All ThinkPad X1 models include 5G-ready options that enable faster wireless WAN connection speeds. They all have WiFi 6 built in and on the X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga, there is Dolby Voice. The latest upgraded X1 case supports Dolby Vision on select screens for lifelike image quality.

The ThinkPad X1 wallet (except for the X1 fold) has an Intel Evo platform and is powered by 11The tenth Intel Core processors. After improving security and computer vision (CVx) experiences with human presence detection, there is no one-touch login with Windows Hello.

Now if you are planning to purchase one of these new devices, you won’t have to wait long. Starting this month, ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga and ThinkPad X12 Detachable will be available this month. The prices are $ 1,899 and $ 1,149, respectively.

However, the ThinkPad X1 Carbon and ThinkPad X1 Yoga will be available next month. It will cost $ 1,429 and $ 1,569, respectively. ThinkPad Docking solutions will be available at a later time. Pricing is not available at this time.
