Samsung is preparing to launch several more affordable 5G smartphones in the mid-range Galaxy A series this year. The Galaxy A32 5G will likely arrive first as the company’s cheapest 5G smartphone to date. The design of the device was revealed in a leak early last month, and it showed a unique design for the rear camera. Now, a new leak has given us a closer look at the upcoming device.
Leaked official It makes the press The Galaxy A32 5G repeats the previously leaked design that shows the phone with four cameras on the back. However, the interesting thing is that the cameras are not housed in a single rectangular housing as we see on most mid-range smartphones that come out from the gates of the Samsung factory. Instead, each camera sensor has its own separate hole on the back panel. Even the LED flash gets a separate disconnection.
The camera sensors stick out from the plastic back panel but it’s still a welcome design change from Samsung that not many people hate. Some might suggest the design is inspired by LG Velvet but certainly no harm in that.
Aside from the rear cameras, the rest of the phone is a bit like Samsung’s midrange ranger. The screen features a V-shaped notch with relatively thick edges. The volume controls and the power button are on the right side, with the latter also including a capacitive fingerprint sensor. The SIM tray is located on the left. The phone gets a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, as there is also a USB Type-C port, a speaker, and a microphone.
Galaxy A32 5G is rumored specifications
The Galaxy A32 5G is still light on specification details. However, early reports indicate that the device will come with a 6.5-inch LCD and can be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor. This chipset comes with an integrated 5G modem for 6GHz subnet. Samsung may pair the processor with at least 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of storage.
It is said that the quad rear camera setup will house the 48MP primary shooter. The specification details of the other three sensors are unknown, but they could be an ultra-wide camera, a macro lens, and a depth sensor.
The Galaxy A32 5G falls a little bit on the bigger side of things, as it measures 164.2 x 76.1 x 9.1mm. The thickness that it will hold is a large battery as well, although no information is available in this regard yet.
There is still no information available on the price and availability details of the Galaxy A32 5G. Samsung may be planning to introduce it over the next few weeks. The device may debut for under $ 400. We will keep you updated as more details appear.
