If you are looking for a Sony PS5, Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S from Microsoft, today might be your day. It has been reported that next-generation consoles will be released to internet portals this afternoon for at least one retailer – Walmart – with more potential in the near future. This deployment will occur at approximately 2 PM Central Time for PlayStation 5 and 1:30 PM Central Time for Xbox Series X.
As indicated on Walmart’s website as of the time this article was published, Walmart’s list of “PlayStation 5 Console” was set to air at 3 PM ET – i.e. 2 PM Central Time – on March 18, 2021. Quantity Units Control The portal will be available currently. Unknown. Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition was also listed on March 18, 2021 at 3 PM ET.
The Xbox Series X is listed on Walmart’s online portal with the poster “Available online only, as of March 18th, 2:30 PM ET”. Walmart also included a note that the Xbox Series X will be available with Xbox All Access on March 25, 2021, at 3 PM ET. That’s it “until supplies run out.”
The Xbox Series S is listed by Walmart’s online portal with similar notes, indicating that the “S” version will be available at 2:30 PM ET on March 18th. March 25, 2021 will also host Xbox All Access with the Xbox Series S at 3 PM ET – that’s 2 PM CST.
to me Tom’s Guide The Amazon PS5 restocking report is placed at around 9 AM ET with an open time frame that extends to 11 AM ET. This restocking likely has been delivered in parts – and there will be more out there later today, too.
Update: Either Amazon has had inventory controllers for a very short time, or they never come out at all. It’s possible the timing was wrong on the leak to Amazon.
