If you are looking for a PlayStation 5 console, your best bet today might be Best Buy. The retailer has restocked the hard-to-find console, and this time, regular customers might already be able to get it. This is because Best Buy restores the console in waves until its available stock is sold out, so vigilance will appear here for sure.
To try to opt out, all you need to do is head over to Best Buy lists for PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 5 Digital Edition. If you see the yellow “Add to Cart” button replaced with a gray “Please wait …” button, don’t leave immediately, as Best Buy says it restores the consoles every few minutes.
When this happens, the “Please wait …” button – which may also be a blue “Find a store” button – will be replaced by the familiar yellow “Add to Cart” button and become clickable. If you see this happen, then you’ll obviously want to add the PS5 to your cart and try out as soon as you can.
There’s no telling how long inventory will last today, and we’ve only been able to confirm Best Buy is bringing back the standard PlayStation 5 storage, which costs $ 499. Best Buy will likely also restock the digital version of the PS5, but while writing this article, we didn’t see an Add to Cart button light up on the Digital Edition menu.
So if you’re trying to get your hands on a PlayStation 5, this might be your best chance today, especially with Best Buy rolling out new stock every few minutes. Good luck to those of you trying to buy a PlayStation 5 today, and be sure to check back with us for more alerts in stock for both Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
