Acer revealed during its CES 2021 product announcements, three new and more expensive options for gaming monitors.
Although Acer has definitely made expensive monitors before, it is also known for being one of the relatively affordable brands in PC games. And with computers in general. But you won’t find inexpensive models here.
Each one features new technology, HD visuals, and high refresh rates. Catering to players looking for the best when it comes to visuals and in-game experiences.
None of Acer’s three new gaming monitor options are available yet. But it will be launched later in the spring. With two models in the Predator line and one in the Nitro line.
Acer will release its new gaming monitor options in May this year
If you are looking for a new gaming monitor and money is no exception, Acer can set you up in the next few months.
It plans to release three new gaming monitors in May this year. Its lowest-priced model, the Nitro XV282K KV, will sell for a starting price of $ 899. It comes with a 28-inch 4K screen and a 144Hz refresh rate. It supports a refresh rate of 120Hz for new consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Then there are two models in the Predator line. The Predator XB273U NX starts at $ 1,099, and the Predator XB323QK NV starts at $ 1,199. The first is a 27-inch WQHD display that supports a refresh rate of 275Hz. If you have a computer to support the high refresh rate as well.
It also supports NVIDIA G-Sync and NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer. Meanwhile, the latest model is a 31.5-inch 4K screen that supports a 144Hz refresh rate just like the Nitro model.
Options for both PC and game consoles
While the three displays will only work well for PC gamers, the Nitro model is ideal for console gamers who have managed to secure next-generation consoles. Even if you are planning to have a next-generation console, the Nitro Display will suit you well.
It supports HDMI 2.1 and VisionCare 3.0 with TUV Rheinland Eyesafe certification so that there is less pressure on your eyes while gaming for longer periods of time.
Meanwhile, both Predator models come with VisionCare 4.0 to get gaming that feels more comfortable to your eyes over longer periods of time. Like gaming tournaments or long live broadcast days.
